If you’re reading this, I imagine you might be finding yourself struggling to manage things right now; maybe you’re finding it’s a recent thing, or maybe it’s been happening for some time. Now you’re making a decision to take that first step to get better.

You might be wondering how (or if) I can help you. You might be looking for help with making a change right away, or you might be looking for more information about how counselling works and if it’s the right journey for you.

My main passion and experience has been working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folk to support and empower them to navigate their lives authentically and safely in a world that can sometimes be frightening, confusing and rejecting.

In addition to this, as a trauma-informed practitioner I have a huge desire to support anyone affected by trauma, whether from a single event or the long lasting effects caused by relational trauma.

Although these are not the only issues I can help with, some of the most common problems that I support people to overcome are feelings of depression, anxiety, or a sense of isolation and loneliness.

My counselling space is based in Wickford which is within easy reach of Basildon, Billericay, Chelmsford, Rayleigh, Hockley, Battlesbridge and South Woodham Ferrers.

What I offer is a calm and confidential space to explore the things that are troubling you. Through our sessions you can hope to gain some understanding, clarity and insight to yourself and your issues.

If you would like us to work together to help you feel better, you can contact me on 07568 350 457, email me on psi.counselling@gmail.com or use my contact form, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

*Note: I may not respond to a missed call if no message has been left*
